Pamela Bach's Last Stab!

In what has to be one of the longest court filings we've seen in a while, Pamela Bach has apparently asked attorney Mark Geragos (yes, that Geragos) to plead with a judge to not make her turn herself in and appear for a hit and run trial ... scheduled for tomorrow!

In the 51-page filing, Bach claims (among other things) that she shouldn't have to be officially booked on misdemeanor hit and run charges because of a judge's error. This case has been dragging on since January, when Nicole Valdez claimed Pam hit her car and fled the scene without leaving a note. A bystander witnessed the minor fender bender, and identified Bach as the culprit. Valdez called police and the City Attorney filed hit and run charges against Pam. Recently, Nicole told TMZ Bach has harassed her incessantly, even going so far as to show up at her house -- with a camera crew in tow.

Now Bach is making a federal case out of a minor hit and run. The damages came to a grand total of $1,377.

Wonder what Geragos' legal bill will be?

21. So why haven't the terrible threesome been charged with the same misdemeanor hit and run? Brittney, like twice, Paris, three times, Nicole once. All three of these girls have hit other people's cars, sometimes repeatedly hitting different cars, and they never got charged with it. TMZ caught two of them in the act.

25. Why is Geragos taking this case??? OH $$$$$ He wont get paid. David celebrated when Gary Mitchell left Pam on her divorce case. He was a threat to David Mitchell was not paid nor will Geragos be. The Hoff must be laughing all the way to the bank.

29. I believe she tried to pay the amount to fix the auto but it was refused by the woman..
The city sure has a lot of time on their hands not that I care for either of the Hoff's.
They have sentenced some guy in Torrance Calif ( LA County) for putting up a fence without permits and he is to turn himself into the Jail on Sept 10th.
Yet they allow drunk cocain addicts to walk, It's all crazy in LA.
