Cop Warns Hogan in Dash Cam Video

Nick Hogan was pulled over for speeding by police in Pinellas Park, Fla. on August 10, and the incident was caught on a police cruiser dashboard camera. Whatcha gonna do?!

Hogan, who has received three other citations in addition to this incident, was pulled over around 10:30 AM on a stretch of U.S. Highway 19. The officer can be heard saying, "Going 82 miles per hour in a 45, that's an issue, ok? That's a problem." More so than he even realized.

Hogan, who was in a spectacular car wreck on August 26 that has left his friend John Graziano in critical condition, is scheduled to appear in a St. Petersburg court on September 10 to answer the speeding charge.

That's why.

19. Having watched the "reality" show, in my opinion, it is sad that Nick's parent's did not try to make him go to college or put more emphasis on him gaining an education rather than allowing him to become a race car driver. Perhaps if he had more loftier goals other than becoming a celebrity and was less concerned with abusing his father's fame, this may not have happened. I wonder what, if any, consequences the Hulk has for his son. I wonder if Nick understands that he very well may have killed his friend, a veteran, and that even if the young man survives, his life is permanently altered and the quality of his life will never be what it could have been. And, I wonder if Hulk and his wife accept any of the responsibility for this tragedy. Time will only tell. Look for the answers, if there are any, on the "reality" show.

23. I don't get the whole story...did he get three tickets prior to accident or just warnings...? How old is he? Did Linda and the Hulk know about these tickets and still let him drive?

I pray that Nicks friend fully recovers...how horrible

25. What a superficial, dangerous JERK! Someone take his license away before he kills someone! And, if he does kill someone, Dear Lord, let it be himself!

26. I think it's 4 tickets, just one was taken off the record since he did traffic school.. A whole lot of good that did him eh?

Of course, we'll never really know how many times he was pulled over and NOT cited, besides this one time...I'm sure it's been MANY. I wonder if this officer involved here is in the doghouse over this leak now - I sure hope so; that little prick should have been arrested.

27. Ok kids now that we brought you up to be irresponsible, we are going to teach you how to lie. Daddy was not involved with racing Nick in this accident. We have to protect Daddy because Daddy is the bread winner in the family. We can lose everything.

28. The whole Hogan brood just screams egotistical.
The least narcissistic is Terry but I still fault him for not body slamming some reality into his kids. Brooke and her "singing career" and Nick and his "racecar driver career" are a damn joke. After watching their show a few times I'd also lump "acting" into other "careers" the Brooke and Nick should probably not consider.

I hope Nick gets the book thrown at him and it knocks his ass off the pedestal he has himself up on. That boy could have four billion dollars and be the son of God and he would still be a loser.

And I'm not implying anything but the interactions between Brooke and Nick remind me of Jessica Simpson and her Dad.

29. I honestly don't blame the kid. Seventeen year olds do some crazy things, they haven't discovered yet that actions have consequences worse than being grounded, they think they're indestructible. I blame the parents for letting the kid continue to drive with the record he has, I blame the cops for not ticketing this kid everytime he was pulled over and the court system for not suspending his license.
If he doesn't lose his license for a good long time after this there is no justice. Oh yeah, I forgot, there IS no justice.

30. The police who left him go should be held accountable, also. This "kid" should not be permitted to operate a moving vehicle for 10 years! Disgraceful. Shame on the parents!
