TMZ would like to toast Eve for not letting a little thing like a SCRAM bracelet stop her from enjoying the plethora of parties during Fashion Week in NYC. Shake ya tambourine, girl!

Covering up her court-ordered accessory with boot cut jeans, the 28-year-old DUI diva attended a MAC Cosmetics event on Wednesday and was presented with a bottle of her name-encrusted champagne. Drinks to that -- once her sentence is up!

Later that same day, the raptress showed less modesty by hitting up another designer event -- in a white dress that exposed her alcohol monitoring bling. Call the fashion police!

11. Why is she even news? her "fashion line" flopped, she hasn't had an album out in a while and the last one sucked. I really do not know why this woman even became famous in the first place.

Also, looks like she is taking the whole DUI lesson to heart..posing with alcohol while wearing the monitoring bracelet. Way to go..

Whether she started wearing it beginning July 1st or the 20th, her 45 days should be already up. Either she just couldn't cover it up or she got her time extended.

14. Eve looks great! She is only in a picture with champaigne, not drinking it. And for the record she has a new album.

Drinking and driving is a horrible thing to do but I think she learned her lesson.

And Eve is not old at all. And if she was old she would be one hot old lady!
