Summit Entertainment -- the producers of the movies and distributor of various types of merchandise -- is suing Beckett Media over a Twilight-themed magazine Beckett made. According to a lawsuit filed in federal court on Friday, Summitt says Beckett is using publicity photos from the movie in their "Twilight Fanzine" without permission.
Summitt says they sent Beckett a cease and desist letter -- and since then Beckett, released a second unauthorized magazine.

According to a Las Vegas search warrant affidavit, Nick Prugo gave cops a photo from a video conference he had with Lee. In it, Prugo said Lee was wearing a "yellow metal pendant with an inscription of the letter 'R' ... and advised that this necklace was stolen from Rachel Bilson's residence."
As TMZ first reported, authorities claim Nick Prugo provided a full confession about the crimes and pointed out Lee as the "driving force" of the burglar crew.

Taylor was brought to a local police station, where he was booked, smiled for a mug shot, and was eventually released on $500 bond.
