Blake Fielder-Civil is actually going back to jail after failing a drug test, reports the Sun, but he made sure to go to the hospital where Amy is bedridden to tell her. "He was asking Amy to forgive him," says a source.
Blakey could end up in the pokey until early 2010 now that he's blown his rehab.

Amy Winehouse's hubby just made a slew of shocking confessions, pretty much admitting he's the sole reason she's a drug-riddled trainwreck -- and it's all on audio tape.
In a mea culpa to Britain's News of the World, Blake Fielder-Civil says he takes full blame for Amy's demons, stating, "I introduced her to heroin, crack cocaine and self-harming. I feel more than guilty -- now I have to let her go to save her life. I am not abandoning her. I am doing this out of love."
Blake also recounted how they hit rock bottom in the summer of 2007, when Amy almost died in front of him. He confessed, "I was there when Amy suffered her first seizure. I still break down thinking about it. We had been taking drugs all day long - heroin and crack."
The question now -- is this all a day late?

Which is to say, Amy Winehouse wants Blake Fielder-Civil put out to pasture.
Amy's in a London clinic for a seizure from earlier this week, but she's already asked to meet with divorce lawyers in London to help her dump her jailbird man. So, according to the Sun, she actually arranged to have the legal eagles brought to the hospital. Classic.
Blake is himself in a rehab facility.

Three young Amy admirers from Liverpool had an absolutely fascinating conversation with Winey yesterday -- simply because it's so normal -- through the intercom (safety first) on the outside of Amy's London hive.
Gracious Amy ended up asking the girls for the correct spelling of their names -- one of which had a "taxi driver" father just like Winehouse -- and had someone bring them each a personalized, signed photo of herself.
One guy outside wasn't so lucky.

Blake Fielder-Civil and Amy Winehouse have both been unleashed on the public.
Blake got out of Pentonville Prison today after almost a year, and we're told he headed straight to Life Works, the same rehab clinic where Ronnie Wood went this summer. He did time for bashing up a pub landlord and "perverting the course of justice."
No Amy to greet him, though -- she was hightailing it out of the London Clinic, where she's been getting treatment for a chest infection.

A couple who sold shots to a British tab of Amy Winehouse allegedly smoking crack just got smacked for dealing the drugs to her.
Johnny Blagrove and Cara Burton admitted in a London court today they offered to deal coke and E to Amy, after cops say a raid of their home turned up a list of stars they slang to -- including Winehouse.
Prosecutors had alleged the couple secretly filmed Winehouse allegedly getting high and sold them to The Sun. The images were published in January.
Detectives couldn't get enough evidence to charge Wino. Blagrove and Burton will be sentenced Nov. 28.
A message left with Amy's rep hasn't yet been returned.
