Daddy Lohan Gets KO'd by Parole Peeps
Michael Lohan can't even do right by charity.
Lindsay's dad got the hook for that charity boxing match next week, because he's still on parole for assault from 2004. "We do not feel that participating in a violent activity, such as celebrity boxing," says a parole rep, "is appropriate for his rehabilitation."
They did not mention him actually being hit as inappropriate.

Flour Power!!
Lindsay Lohan cleaned her furry self off for a trip with Sam to the Paris train station -- this, after getting more than a pie full of flour dumped on her head by an animal rights activist.
Next stop -- London, where flour is hard to come by because the British are notoriously bad cooks.

Lindsay: Return of the White Stuff
Lindsay Lohan was "showered with flour" in Paris last night, what the organization claims is a "French fur foe who shouted "Lindsay Lohan -- fur hag!"
An entire bag of flour was hurled at Lindsay, giving her a complete powder shower.
Unclear if the putative flour was refined, but PETA claims Lindsay definitely isn't because she's into fur.

Lohan's Ex Bodyguard Settles Up
One less lawsuit for Lindsay Lohan to worry about.
Her former bodyguard has settled a lawsuit he filed against her for back wages. David Kim alleged Lohan owed him more than $55,000 for doing fun things like coordinating the starlet's security efforts, and driving her and her posse to events.
He claimed he was never paid, and actually lost about $10,000 in wages for mileage, tipping valets and hiring extra security.

Ali Lohan -- An L.A. Working Girl
Dina Lohan must need a new pair of shoes cause she's putting little daughter Ali Lohan to work in the City of Angels.
Almost 15-year-old AliLo filed a petition in L.A. County Superior court to get approval to work. (It's easy to forget she's still a minor.) She's seeking court approval to work with Maloof Music.
She's been recording something called "Interpersonal" at the Maloofs' hotel-casino in Vegas -- a much better place for a 14-year-old to spend her days and nights.

LiLo and Pals Do Real Dead Man's Float
Lindsay Lohan, Sam Ronson, and some other big celebs may have spent the weekend swimming in a dead man's wake.
That's what the New York Post is claiming, saying a 30-year-old man's body was found on Oct. 13 at the Roosevelt Hotel's pool, possibly of a heart attack. Then last weekend, LiLo, SamRo, Stacy Keibler, and others were swimming in the same pool ... and the same water.
Staffers were told to keep the unchanged H20 on the DL, and the hotel claimed there was enough chlorine in the pool to kill bacteria. But a Roosevelt exec says the report is "urban legend."

Lindsay Sued Over Wild Ride in the 'Bu
The three guys who say Lindsay Lohan held them hostage during an alleged alcohol-fueled drive have sued over the incident.
The incident occurred In July, 2007 after a party in Malibu. Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter and Dante Nigro claim an intoxicated Lindsay hijacked a car in which they were passengers and began an insane ride down PCH, "endangering all of their lives." In the lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, the dudes claim Lindsay was "hostile," declaring she "didn't care about the risk of death" and saying "she was a celebrity...she could do whatever she wants." Back in July, one of the kids told TMZ, "It was pretty much the was worst night of my whole summer."
The suit claims she blew red lights, eventually ending up at the Santa Monica Police Department where she was arrested for DUI, her second DUI bust in less than 90 days. Cops say they also found cocaine. Lohan pleaded guilty to being under the influence of cocaine and no contest to reckless driving and driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher. She eventually served one day in jail.
The suit seeks unspecified compensatory and punitive damages.
Her lawyer, Ed McPherson, told TMZ the suit is "absurd," adding, "These guys had the night of their lives, playing with the radio and leaving the vehicle at one point and getting back in."

Lindsay Lohan, or some chick that looks exactly like her, went crazy at Sam Ronson's DJ gig last night in DC -- dancing around like a chick who drank half a wine cooler at a frat party. 
Either Lindsay's trying extra-hard to prove that the relationship isn't in as bad of shape as rumors suggest, or she just really liked that song: Lady Gaga's "Poker Face."
