Jennifer Lopez has unleashed a legal nightmare on her ex-husband -- filing a multi-million dollar lawsuit against Ojani Noa over a tell-all movie and intimate home videos.
In the lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, JLo claims Ojani is planning to release a movie called "How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story" -- which Lopez claims is a direct violation of a confidentiality agreement they signed a few years back.
Lopez also claims Noa intends to market "11+ hours of previously unseen home video footage of Jennifer Lopez and Ojani Noa " -- which Lopez claims is also in violation of their agreement. Lopez was told the footage depicted her "in a revealing lack of clothing, and in sexual situations, especially in the hotel room from [her and Noa's] honeymoon."
In the documents, Lopez's attorney claims he got a letter from a producer working with Noa -- who stated that he had "entered into a contractual agreement" with TMZ for the "exclusive rights to the ... home movies." The producer's claims are patently false -- there was never any such agreement.
Lopez is suing Noa for breach of contract and invading her privacy -- and she wants no less than $10,000,000. Lopez also wants a judge to order Noa to stop any plans to move forward with the movie or release the footage.
FYI -- Lopez and Noa were married for less than a year between '97-'98.

Jennifer Lopez is trying to stop her first husband Ojani Noa from releasing a movie about their marriage, but it's her third husband Marc Anthony that's all nerves.
The 41-year-old current Mr. J.Lo couldn't contain himself as he arrived to the Dolphins game in Miami this weekend.
Somebody get that little man an antiperspirant, pronto!

For Jennifer Lopez's 40th Ricky Martin and Liza Minnelli sang "Happy Birthday" to her. For Marc's yesterday -- he got the President.
The couple was in D.C. for Anthony's 41st b-day -- where he was presented the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute gala.
They sat next to Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor and Barack Obama reportedly led a bunch of senators and congressmen in singing the birthday anthem.
So we gotta ask ...

Jennifer Lopez deflated the hopes of a local NY business after she turned away an elaborate balloon bouquet for the twins -- and we've got a shot of the denied goods.
Jenny is currently in town to film a movie -- and we're told the Balloon Saloon sent her a gift and a note thanking her for making their area "a bit more interesting."
But the balloons only made it as far as Lopez's trailer door -- where they were completely rejected by her bodyguard and sent back to the shop.
So, for the record: J. Lo's love don't cost a thing -- and definitely can't be bought with inflatable latex.

Thanks to a brand new $45 million deal, Ryan Seacrest will be back hosting "American Idol" next season -- but Kara DioGuardi might have reason to worry.
Seacrest -- who is now richer than fettuccine alfredo -- was eating with Jennifer Lopez this weekend at Madeo when we suggested she take Paula Abdul's place on the panel ... Ryan said he'd love to see J. Lo sitting "next to" her.
They'd be crazy to get rid of Simon ... Kara D., not so much.

Sources at TLC tell us the J.Lo reality show they wanted so badly a year ago is dead as a doornail, thanks in large part to the success of "Jon & Kate Plus 8."
It was just a year ago that TMZ broke the story that J.Lo and TLC were trying to come to terms on a reality show but J.Lo was adamant that she would not put her kids on TV -- she wanted to focus on ... yawn ... behind the scenes on creating a new J.Lo fragrance. TLC, we're told, wanted to show the kiddies.
Fast forward to Monday night -- Jon & Kate scored an astonishing 9.8 million viewers. TLC sources tell us it's pretty clear the J.Lo ain't gonna sell tickets anymore, so they have shelved the show. As one TLC source put it, "It was on life support for awhile, and now we've just lost interest."
The moral -- even big stars have their 15 minutes, so they should make the most of it while they can.

While Jennifer Lopez had a ladies' night with Katie Holmes and Victoria Beckham last night, Marc Anthony had a dude's night out of his own -- with Leonardo DiCaprio and Lukas Haas!

Like Forrest Gump heading back into the jungle, a visibly frustrated Marc Anthony barreled back through a sea of paparazzi waiting outside of a Broadway theater this weekend -- on a furious search and rescue mission for his wife.
Once J.Lo had been located, dude grabbed her by the arm and blasted his way back to the car, where he then sat in misery until the car left.
